(referred to as South Bay), East County, North County and Central San Diego (The Metropolitan part of San Diego) Waste Management happens to have contracts to two cities in East County which consist of El Cajon and "Klan-Tee"... I mean Santee, and of course everything in between El Cajon and Santee and East is considered Unincorporated areas of San Diego County and is considered open market.
