On Tuesday, Sept. 23, Harvey Mudd College's offices of Career Services and Alumni and Family Engagement hosted “Unspoken Rules from Mudders to Mudders: The Journey of First-Generation Student to Career Professional,” a webinar with Spon Russell ’95, Arthur Reyes ’18 and Scott Hampton ’94. The panelists discussed how they’ve navigated their career journeys, by highlighting key challenges and milestones as first-generation graduates. The webinar was moderated by Sangeon Park ’26 and Alyssa Gee, HMC program manager of career services. Unspoken Rules from Mudders to Mudders is a webinar series featuring alumni panelists who discuss how their identities have impacted their career experiences and unspoken workplace etiquette.
