Bushy parkrun was filmed on Saturday 14 June 2025. I upload in two formats, the first is a fairly fast version of about 8 minutes and the second one is at normal speed and depends how fast I run on the day. On average it will be between 25 and 28 minutes for the run dependant on the course and how I am on the day. Any running shoe will suffice but trails should be considered following inclement weather as the route may be slippy or muddy. All details within the video are correct at time of uploading.
