There is another fiendishly difficult thing written in this movement, this time concerning those double note glissandos in the coda. Prokofiev wrote it equally devided in between hands, where the pinkies press the top and bottom note, and each other finger has to press two notes at a time, at break neck speed. I guess you can try to do it if you want, or find one of the million other fingerings devised by pianist. I opted to represent what Yuja wang did in another recording of the concerto, kindof doing actual glissandos with each hand going in different directions. It seemed the easiest and clearest to read. About the movement; Prokofiev described it as a conflict between the orchestra and the piano. They seem to be doing their own things respectively and fighting for control of the piece or the attention of the audience. A lot of the times the orchestra will state a theme, and the piano will repeat it, like a conversation.
