I never thought that the Outback Bread was so easy to make!. It's a super soft and extra fluffy bread. The dough is very sticky, so it's ideal for making in a bread machine or in a stand mixer. It's easy and super delicious. Hope you try! Ingredients: Sponge: 70g all purpose flour 30g whole flour 3g Instant yeast 100g water – room temp Dough 100g milk 36g unsalted butter – room temp 24g honey sponge 140g all purpose flour 60g whole flour 12g cocoa 24g sugar 6g salt Bake 25min | 350F CUP MEASUREMENT SPONGE: ½ cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup whole wheat flour ⅓ cup of water ⅓ of the sachet of instant yeast DOUGH Sponge 1 cup all-purpose flour ½ cup whole wheat flour ⅓ cup milk 1 ¼ tablespoon cocoa ⅓ tablespoon of salt 3 tablespoons of sugar 1 tablespoon honey 2 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter Cornmeal to sprinkle #bushmanbread #outbackbread #australianbread Hope you try it!
