I can confidently say that my Suyuk recipe is the best in Korea. What are you waiting for? Let's begin! _______________________________________________________ [🥢BIG MAMA's Suyuk Recipe] [What You Need] Pork belly (600g), flour, bay salt, 2 onions, 1 green onion, 1 ginger, 4 garlic, 4 red peppers, pepper, Soju with high alcohol percentage, plum soy sauce, vinegar [How to Cook] 1. Remove marrows of pork belly by rubbing it with flour 2. Rub the pork belly with salt too 3. After rubbing, wait for 5 minutes 4. Start boiling the water in the pot 5. Chop onion into four and put them into the pot 6. Put the green parts of green onion into the pot 7. Put the ginger too 8. Cut four garlic into half 9. Add some pepper 10. Pour 180ml of Soju (over 20% alcohol) 11. While it's boiling, wash the pork with water 12. Put the pork into the pot 13. Boil it at high heat for 15 minutes, then at medium heat for 25 minutes 14. Take the pork out 15. Check the amount of broth 16. Get ready to steam the pork with the broth 17. Pour 90ml of Soju over the pork before steaming 18. Cover the pot, and steam for 15 minutes 19.
