To create this cover, I removed all the original rhythm and lead guitars and recorded both guitars separately, trying to stay as true to the AC/DC sound as possible. I used a beginner-level audio interface and a simple Shure Beta mic, originally intended for vocals. It's not ideal, but it gets the job done! For the guitar tones, I played through a Marshall Origin 20 amp and used a Solodallas pedal (The Shaffer Replica), along with a Gretsch 6120 Brian Setzer signature for Malcolm Young and a Gibson Memphis ES-355 for Angus Young. I also added some effects like reverb and slap echo for the solo in GarageBand.
