This video is not just special because it kicks off my next Grand Tactician campaign, but it introduces the big "something different" for this campaign: regiments in the full-campaign map, and they are custom numbered. Otherwise, it's all the good things from Campaign 17 and maybe one or two more surprises for this campaign down the road. Here is the sheet I use, and it can generally be used by anyone starting an August campaign. Some of the units in here actually don't exist yet in early August, 1861.
