“What should I write about in my journal?” This is one of the most common questions I get—and for good reason. Opening a journal and staring at a blank page can feel surprisingly intimidating. In this video, I share simple, practical ways to jump into journaling without overthinking it. Journaling has been a powerful tool in my life—for building an intentional career, strengthening relationships, and gaining clarity about what matters most. Since 2020, it’s become a consistent reflective practice for me, and I’ve seen firsthand how impactful it can be. In this video, we cover: How to free write without structure or pressure Gratitude journaling and why it works Using great questions to unlock deeper reflection Spiritual journaling as a form of prayer or meditation Journaling about your future and the person you want to become The key takeaway: journaling doesn’t need to look a certain way.
