After fifty sell-out live stage events, this 51st edition sees Mark Kermode Live in 3D Online rolled out onto a global platform. The funniest, best loved and most respected film critic in the UK talks to an array of guests from the world of film including star Gugu Mbatha-Raw, who talks about her roles in Misbehaviour and Belle; Meera Syal, prolific actress and national treasure ever since Goodness Gracious Me and The Kumars at No. 42, reveals her guilty pleasure; Jack Howard, writer-director, one half of Jack & Dean, and sparring partner on Kermode On Film has a surprise in store for Mark – and comedian and LA podcast host Greg Proops of The Smartest Man in the Room is the first guest to out-talk Kermode. Ever. The show also features an exclusive first interview with the BFI’s new CEO Ben Roberts, and Calm With Horses actors Niamh Algar and Cosmo Jarvis, whose film premiers shortly after the MK3D Online live broadcast on Monday 27 April 2020 at 18:30.
