Leofoto ballhead NB-46 - Leofoto Kugelkopf NB-46 (read the text)

I have replaced the returned Sirui ballhead K-40 II (K-40 X) with the Leofoto ballhead NB-46 and that was the right decision. The NB-46 ballhead is very solid, had a very well working friction dial and a second panorama plate holder on the top. And the best is, that my plates can't side out, because of the cutouts in both sides of the plate holder. In my eyes the NB-46 is worth the amount of money you have to pay for it compared to the before mentioned Sirui head. Why I choose the NB-46 and not the L-40 from Leofoto? Because of the much better working friction dial and the second panorama option. But the L-40 is a well build ballhead that I would choose over the Sirui head, if no NB-46 were available. The Cons of the L-40 are the reduced high and the two cutout for the portrait Mode. The NB-46 has only one cutout.
