Description: The filmmaker, from a moving car, gives us shots of the coastline of the Amvrakikos Gulf, in the prefecture of Aetolia & Acarnania. We see panoramic and close-up shots of the rocky coast, with the mountainous masses that enclose the Amvrakikos in the background. The filmmaker has pulled over and cleans the windshield of his car. An overview of Amfilochia, a coastal town in the innermost part of the bay of Amvrakikos gulf, which is amphitheatrically built on two hills. The location of Amfilochia is important, since for centuries it is the only passage from western Central Greece to Epirus. We see a sign with the name of the city, at the entrance to it. Shots from the shores of Lake Amvrakia, which have been inhabited since ancient times, as the residents are engaged in the arable land that surrounds it.
