Renaud de Bosredon is the Bar Manager at the award winning MASH (Modern American Steak House) in Brewer Street Soho. He has worked in bars all his life and created some wonderful and original cocktails. We talk about his career, Gentlemen viewed from the other side of the bar and his passion for shirt stays. We end each interview with 10 questions, which we ask every guest. These are graciously modelled on James Lipton's questions from Inside the Actors Studio.
