Let God walk with you today | February 16, 2026

This morning, I'm here with Dash, our brand new pony. He's still a little bit wild, but I'm making a point of taking him for a walk in the mornings. Actually, this is the first morning I'm doing this, but I'm gonna do it most mornings and take him for a little walk so he gets used to being handled. I'm here to be a blessing to him. I'm here to nurture him, to comb him in the morning, to just get all the things off of his coat that shouldn't be there. And to walk with him and get him used to my voice and get him used to the fact that I'm not here to give him harm. I'm here to do him good. This causes me to think about how sometimes we're reluctant to let God walk with us because we're afraid He's gonna demand something of us. But the reason God is walking with us is for our good and to give to us and to bless us and to strengthen us and to help us find our true purpose in life. Dash has a purpose too—a little granddaughter that loves him and one day wants to ride him and love him and comb him and brush him. So I'm getting him used to my touch and the fact that we go for walks together and I talk to him. A lot of people are afraid of the hand of God, but you don't have to be afraid of the touch of the Master. Let God walk with you today. Let him speak to you. His voice coming to you is always for your good and never for your hurt.
