Headache occurring after 4 hours of consumption of oral hypoglycemic and vasodilators. Most of the time it could be a newly changed or the newly optimized oral hypoglycemic agent which has caused the sugars to go low and that might be the cause for headache or concurrently if the patient is taking the vasodilators, that might be only in the initial phase of starting of the vasodilators.
