SYNOPSIS: Sybil, Rowena, and Laz are teenage witches but being out as a witch at Redacted High in Redacted, Texas isn’t safe, so they hide their identities in school. The only place they can be themselves is Ms. Sophie’s English Classroom. But when their safe space is threatened by Ms. Hardy, the new, Bible-grasping Assistant Principal, the witches formulate a fake “Spelling Club” to keep her off their backs. While practicing for the Spelling Bee they’re forced to enroll in, Spelling Club becomes a hub for these witches to escape being hormone-addled teens with magical powers and plenty of other demons to face, including the two actual demons from hell they accidentally summon.
