First Order Logic in Artificial Intelligence is a knowledge representation technique. Also Known as predicate logic , First Order Logic (FOL), First Order Predicate Logic. It is an extension version of propositional logic. Predicate logic is used to represent complex knowledge and reason about relationships between objects. There are four basic components of Predicate Logic, Constants, Variables, Predicate, and Quantifiers. Variables: Placeholders like x or y describe unspecific objects. Constants: Symbol for object like John, Marcus, Sun. Predicates: Describes Property of object or relationships between objects.
