The $420,000 project was split into phases — but after paying $150,000 for phase two, the family says work stalled, a foundation wall collapsed without proper notification, unapproved construction deviated from the structural engineer's plans, and Griffith eventually went silent. Now, the family has filed a civil complaint seeking a $180,000 refund.
