Cirugía para recubrimiento radicular en incisivos y premolares inferiores izquierdos (cuatro piezas). Con recesiones clase III de Miller. Empleando la técnica de Zuchelli se elevó un colgajo de espesor total, se libero de tensión y se obtuvo un injerto de tejido conectivo del paladar, se inmovilizo el injerto por la parte lingual y a continuación se cubrió el injerto de tejido conectivo con el propio colgajo. Se ayudo para su inmovilización en sentido coronal de puntos que iban del margen gingival a la parte vestibular del diente, inmovilizándolos con composite. Cicatrización a nueve meses. Surgery in four teeth in the lower left jaw, were done to cover roots. The recesions were class III in Miller´s clasification. After Zuchelli`s incisions a full thicknes flap were raised. After eliminate the tensión to the flap, a free connective tissue graft was obtained from the palate, this graft was sutured directly over the roots and the flap sutured over the graft. In order to achieve good coronal position, additional sutures in each tooth were placed from the gingival margin to the teeth, and inmovilized with composite. We can see the result after nine months.
