The NEWTEC 2014A (Apple and Delicate Fruit Weigher) dispenses 1kg portion of Lemons onto the cross-conveyor to deliver the 1kg portion to the DNL elevating conveyor, which delivers the portion onto the infeed conveyor within the Horizontal Net Tube of the C-PACK VAS996 Net Welding machine. The VAS996 Net Welder draws tubular Net and two Outer Bands around the produt to form the bag, then Heat Seals and Bag Closed, while also punching two finger holes in the top to create a Carry Bag. A self-adhesive label can be printed and applied to the outer band (one side only) to give the final package its Best Before, Batch, Vendor Code and even Bar Code information. The C-PACK VAS996 is capable of packing 0.5-4kg "C-Bag Care" Net Carry Bags at speeds of up to 40/min* (*subject to product, weigher and portion size).
