The town is lovely and a perfect place to spend the day lazing by the river, watching the ducks go by the padlock bridge, or walking round the farmers market, or just buying fish and chips and sitting eating them whilst the birds and ducks come begging for a bit! As we wander through the town of Bakewell Derbyshire you can see that it's a really popular place to come as people from all over the UK head for a day out here. As well as being famous for Bakewell Pudding you can also get Bakewell Tart here in the original pudding shop and people from all over the world enjoy buying their puddings from here. They also do mail order and post puddings out all over the world! If you're in the Peak District or even if you're anywhere in the UK it's well worth driving into Bakewell Derbyshire and spending the day here relaxing and enjoying the warm and friendly atmosphere you can find in the town.
