In Jaipur, a shocking incident unfolded on a low-floor bus when a retired IAS officer, R.L. Meena (75), was assaulted by the bus conductor over a ₹10 fare dispute and not being dropped at the correct bus stop. The video of the altercation has gone viral. #RPT0113 The incident occurred around 11 AM on Friday when Meena boarded the bus to travel to Kanota. Allegedly, the conductor refused to stop the bus at Kanota, and when Meena insisted, the conductor pushed him and attacked him with slaps and punches. Other passengers intervened to stop the assault.
