We created a manufacturing system to produce commercial case goods by creating a flow and eliminating waste. The goal of this production cell is to have all the parts to build a new cabinet whenever the previous cabinet is done being built. Using a combination of optimization and organizational software and state-of-the-art machine technology, we're able to produce with improve efficiency and speed. This cell was demonstrated at our Manufacturing Solutions Seminar on November 15, 2016.
