From the wells to smells and that I did, so here’s what I learned: 1. I learned that JEA only does two things: treat water for odor and bacteria for safe drinking. 2. The city has six wells that produce thousands of water for the city , however two cannot be turned on at the same time or they will compete for the same value. 3. The “egg” smell majority of my teenage and adult life is sulfur that produces from the ground 4. Jacksonville built a new well through the st john river ozone layer for the southside since they don’t have enough water. 5.
