Hai Phong is my new favourite city here in Northern Vietnam the people are so hospitable and kind. Theres nothing better than just wandering around the city of Hai Phong and meeting the locals here they are absolute characters. So much fun. We were treated so well by the people here I can't recommend a place enough, Hai Phong might be the most underrated place here in Northern Vietnam. This is why i love Hai Phong!
