My Recipe: 19 ounces tortellini pasta (fresh or frozen) 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 can diced tomatoes (15 ounce can) 3 cups spinach, chopped 3 1/2 tsp italian seasoning (OR 2 tsp basil, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp thyme) 1/4 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne) 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 2 tbsp flour 1/4 cup grated parmesan salt and pepper to taste (sprinkle of cheese on plated meal, for garnish) Directions: 1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt to the water. Once the water is boiling, cook the tortellini for 5 mintutes. 2. In a large saucepan, heat olive oil. Add garlic, stir. 3. Stir in diced tomatoes, spinach, italian seasoning (OR basil, oregano, and thyme), and ground red pepper. Continue to stir sauce, until the spinach starts to wilt. 4. Whisk together the heavy whipping cream and flour. 5. Add heavy whipping cream and flour, into the sauce. Add parmesan cheese. Making sure to constantly stir the sauce, until the sauce begins to thicken. 6. Drain your tortellini and add it into the sauce. Stir well, until all tortellini is coated. 7.
