You can only pick one character to rate-up for each pity type (can pick one for 60 pity, and choose same or different character for 80-100 pity). Self-pick discount S rank character banner for Year 1 to Year 2.5 (save 70 cards per pull). Refreshed self-pick S rank character on standard banner. You get to pick another one if you already obtained the previous one. Free Alpha (Crimson Weave) and No.21 (Feral) from completing missions. Comes with Alpha's 6* weapon and pet. No.21's 6* weapon requires 68 RC. Year 5 S selector that costs 15,000 yellow and/or black cards. I don't consider it a better deal than pulling on the guaranteed banners, but it does offer different resources if that interests you more than A rank characters. Alpha Crimson Weave shards have been added to Battlepass shop. No.21 has not been added.
