Organized by the União das Freguesias da Lourinhã e Atalaia, the event brought together lovers of vintage cars and motorcycles, collectors, experts in automobilia, modeling, and merchandising — all in a warm and nostalgic atmosphere. Held on July 27th and 28th, the Municipal Sports Pavilion of Lourinhã and its surrounding areas became the stage for showcasing vehicles over 30 years old — from rare motorcycles like a 1928 BMW to vintage cars like a 1932 Vauxhall. These historic machines, once everyday transport, are now cultural icons that continue to inspire generations. In addition to the impressive display, visitors enjoyed food and drinks in social areas and a special 1950s-themed live music night on Saturday. The event also featured the Classic Vehicle Tour on Sunday, with a scenic route through the municipality, strategic stops for refreshments, and a social lunch that united classic car enthusiasts. Part of the registration fees went to support the Lourinhã Volunteer Firefighters, showing how automotive culture can also serve as a driver of local tourism and community development.
