Rohit Gulati, MBBS, MD, FASCP is an assistant professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine. After graduating from Delhi University in India, he moved to the United States to pursue his interest in pathology. Dr. Gulati completed a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI, followed by a fellowship in hematopathology at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. His dedication to mentoring medical students and contributions as an assistant program director for hematopathology fellowship reflect his passion for education and advocacy for pathology. He is well known among Indiana laboratorians as a State Commissioner for the Laboratory Accreditation Program of the College of American Pathologists. Dr. Gulati’s focus on healthcare equity, inclusion, and collaboration led to his involvement in ABIM Foundation’s Choosing Wisely program at Henry Ford Hospital. Outside of work, Dr. Gulati loves to cook and spend time with his family.
