For Episode 2 I will be doing some Baby Back Pork Ribs. Sorry about the music being a little loud, I am new to video production as well as BBQ ;-) These were a couple of baby backs(in a twin pack) I picked up from Asda. I usually prefer to use my local butcher that I recently discovered based at Hutchinson Hobbs Farm Shop in Yarm , North Yorkshire (https://www.facebook.com/HutchinsonHo...) But I wanted to make some space in the freezer, so I used these ones from Asda for this cook. The first part of the video demonstrating the removal of the membrane was corrupted I'm afraid, but there are other videos that show how this is done. Some say there is no need, but I disagree, it really is worth the effort. I never Boil or braise my ribs as it takes away a lot of the pork's natural goodness and flavour. Please like and comment.
