People suffer from paralysis and lose muscle movement which further restricts their daily function. Paralysis can restrict walking, arm movement, or whole body movement. Although the shoulder and elbow joints heal rapidly, the patient's fingers, wrists, and extensions take time to heal. Our experts provide information on four-arm exercises that will help paralyzed patient recover. While performing each movement, we advise the patient to use their unaffected hand to assist the affected arm and to do repetitions. 1. Support your affected hand with the unaffected hand to move your wrist and hand Up-down. 2. Join hands and move hands from left to right. 3. Place the elbow on the unaffected hand and move it up and down. Repeat the same by holding your wrist. 4. Rotate your hand in clockwise and then in an anticlockwise direction. Exercise for fingers 1.
