Supreme Court on Rahul Gandhi : चीन पर राहुल गांधी की बयानबाजी...सुप्रीम कोर्ट से क्या फटकार मिली ? आज अपने बयान के चक्कर में राहुल गांधी को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से ज़बरदस्त फ़टकार सुनने को मिली. सेना और चीन को लेकर राहुल गांधी ने जो जो बयान दिए. उन पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नाराज़गी जाहिर की, कोर्ट ने राहुल गांधी से यहां तक कहा कि अगर वो सच्चे भारतीय हैं, तो ऐसे बयान न देते. असल में दिसंबर 2022 में भारत जोड़ो यात्रा के दौरान राहुल गांधी ने कहा था कि गलवान में भारत के 20 सैनिकों को चीनी सेना ने पीट-पीटकर मार डाला. भारत की दो हज़ार वर्ग किलोमीटर ज़मीन पर क़ब्ज़ा कर लिया. इस बयान से आहत होकर बॉर्डर रोड ऑर्गेनाइजे़शन के फॉर्मर डायरेक्टर जनरल, उदय शंकर श्रीवास्तव ने राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ केस फाइल किया था. उदय शंकर श्रीवास्तव का आरोप है कि राहुल गांधी ने सेना का अपमान किया है. इस मामले में लखनऊ की MP-MLA कोर्ट ने राहुल गांधी को समन किया था.
