Is it a touring bike? Is it a gravel bike? I'd say it can be both. Marin Four Corners is a touring-frienfly, budget gravel bike that I owned for a couple of years. I used it for bicycle touring. I used it for bikepacking. And I used it for casual cycling too. But is this bike any good in 2022? The bike features a Cro-Mo frame & fork, both capable of fitting large tires. The frameset comes with all of the mounts necessary for bike touring (rack & fender mounts, 6 waterbottle cage mounts). The drivetrain features 3x9 Shimano Sora road groupset. The stock tires are WTB resolute 700x42c (for sizes XS and S 650bx42c). Bicycle is equipped with TRP Spyre mechanical disc brakes. Overall, Marin Four Corners is a versatile platform, and the bike can be describe as a well-balanced all-rounder that can be used for commuting, biketouring, bikepacking and just casual cycling all year around.
