This 15 minute easy going runner's flow is suitable for everyone including beginners (and pregnant ladies, though please make skim through this and make sure this is suitable for YOU and if you are pregnant, that you have the go ahead by your physician or midwife). Props are encouraged to make this practise a little more restorative but is not vital. We'll be going through gentle twists, easy going cat/cow and front/lateral body openings to help stretch out the body and stretches to work on the hamstrings.. . .
