Hello everybody!!! As most of you already know, I suffer from varying levels of PCOS/PCOD from time to time. Although it took be about 6 months to lose weight and 6 month to figure out what workds with my body to keep my condition in check, I finally did it. 1. I have gone vegan as it helps maintain harmone balance. 2. I don't eat sugar as that creates extreme mood swings in me. 3. I avoid rice because it makes me gain weight easily 4. I opt millets because they are high in fibre and proteins and promote weight loss and level out harmone spikes. 5. I use coconut oil for cooking as it helps promote weight loss.
