In this video I show the steps and procedures necessary to replace a CV halfshaft or CV axle in a Nissan titan years 2004 through 2015. Overall the job is not too complicated however there are a few tips and tricks along the way that I show that make the job a whole lot easier. It’s not necessary to remove the lower ball joint when doing this job. The upper ball joint must be separated from the spindle. In this video we are working on a 2009 Nissan titan with over 200,000 miles. The CV axle boot broke and has allowed a lot of grease to escape from the axle which wore the axle joint out.
