One of the viewers of The Ordinary Sacred YouTube channel requested that I make a teaching video on Self-like parts. I led a training on Self-like Parts for my monthly IFS Practitioner Group a couple months ago, so I was happy to create this mini-training for you all based on the same PowerPoint. In this video, I first go over what Self is, then distinguish this from common Self-like parts. I talk about how to notice the "tells" of Self-like parts outside and within sessions, and offer some exercises to help you identify and unblend from burdened Self-like parts.
