An Amazing treat for your taste buds, Moong Daal Seekh Kabab. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #digitalammi #araaywahh #digitalmom Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3SDeDJr Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Sabut moong daal (Green gram whole) 1 & ½ Cup (soaked overnight) -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3 -Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium -Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece -Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves -Lemon juice 1 tbs -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ½ tbs -Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 4-5 tbs -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1 tbs -Maida (All-purpose flour) as required -Water -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -In a chopper,add green gram whole,green chillies,onion,ginger,garlic,lemon juice,yogurt & chop well. -Take out in a bowl,add gram flour,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,salt,garam masala powder,red chilli powder,coriander seeds,fresh coriander,mint leaves & mix until well combined,cover & let it rest for 8-10 minutes. -Grease skewer with cooking oil & with the help of greased hand,take small quantity of mixture (40g),make a kabab & skew/thread on wooden skewer. -On clean working surface,sprinkle all-purpose flour & coat kabab from all sides. -Wet your hand with water & pat kababs lightly. -On a griddle,add cooking oil & shallow fry kababs on low flame from all sides until golden brown (makes 10). -Serve with raita or chutney! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Sabut moong daal (Green gram whole) 1 & ½ Cup (soaked overnight) -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3 -Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium -Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece -Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves -Lemon juice 1 tbs -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ½ tbs -Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 4-5 tbs -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1 tbs -Maida (All-purpose flour) as required -Water -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -Chopper mein sabut moong daal,hari mirchein,pyaz,adrak,lehsan,lemon juice aur dahi dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein. -Bowl mein nikal lein,baisan,zeera,lal mirch crushed,namak,garam masala powder,lal mirch powder,sabut dhania,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur dhak ker 8-10 minutes kliya rest dein. -Skewer ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur grease hand ki madad sa mixture ki small quantity (40g) la ker kabab bana lein aur wooden skewer per laga lein. -Clean working surface per maida chirak dein aur kabab ko ache tarhan coat ker lein. -Haath ko geela karein aur kababs ko lightly pat ker lein. -Tawa per cooking oil dal dein aur kababs ko halki ancch per tamam sides sa golden brown ho janay tak shallow fry ker lein (makes 10). -Raita or chutney ka saath serve karein!
