This is the ultimate comfort food, layered with a rich chocolate buttercream and topped with a silky smooth ganache. It’s simple, nostalgic, and perfect for sharing. I personally like my biscuits to keep a bit of texture, but you can soak them a little longer if you prefer that melt-in-the-mouth feel!" Ingredients: For the Pudding: 240g Marie Biscuits 150g Butter (softened) 250g - 300g Icing Sugar 2 ½ tbsp Cocoa Powder 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 300ml Fresh Milk (for dipping) For the Ganache: 75g Cooking Chocolate 1 tsp Butter 1 tsp Milk Optional: Sprinkles for decoration Steps: Cream the butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add cocoa powder and vanilla, mixing until smooth. Quickly dip Marie biscuits in fresh milk and create the first layer in your tray. Spread a layer of chocolate cream over the biscuits. Repeat layers until finished. Prepare the ganache by melting chocolate, butter, and milk together. Pour the ganache over the top and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours (or overnight).
