Making a floating over the page pocket with file card and paper sack for vintage school journal

This project is inspired by the wonderful Laurette "Vintage Paper Girl"    / @laurettechandlerthevintage3022   here on YouTube and Gayle Agostinelli    / @gayleagostinelli_ct   (she's one of the reasons I make journals). This is a super easy project to make. You can glue the bag to a page or put it over a page in a journal.
