Tear one banana into pieces and place in a bowl, microwave at 600w for 1 minute, then mash. 2. Crack the egg and mix well, then add the granulated sugar, milk, and pancake mix in that order and mix well. 3. Cut the other banana into 1cm pieces. 4. Once the butter and granulated sugar have melted in a frying pan, turn off the heat, arrange the ingredients in step 3, and pour in the batter. 5. Cover and bake for 10 minutes over very low heat. 6.
