This video tutorial has been created per many requests; demonstrating how to use the Mail Merge (mailmerge) function in Word 2010 to Print Address Labels, using contacts from Outlook Address Book. This is the easiest method I have found, because Word formats the label information for you. See how to choose the correct label size, and apply content filters to format label address information. Learn how to select specific addressees only. You can visit: http://www.sierratech.org to view more videos. Word 2007/2010 Mailmerge wizard is similar to version 2002/2003 in the simplification of MailMerge function, by performing many of the steps for you. We train our customers to use Outlook as the default address book, which can be accessed by Office and other applications (although Outlook 2007 changed its MAPI architecture preventing complete integration of applications such as WinFax and is unable to access the WinFax data files from Outlook). WinFax 10.3, however can still use the Outlook 2010 Contacts as its address book, 32-Bit version. Note: Outlook must be setup as your default email Program for this to work!
