Once you have the high score in Mantine Surf on the Big Wave Beach, Heahea Beach, Ula'Ula Beach, and Poni Beach, you can travel to the Surfing Headquarters in Heahea City and speak to the man in the pink shirt. He will give you a Pikachu that knows the move Surf; it will be at level 40 and will be holding the Gold Bottlecap item! This Surfing Pikachu is even more special in that it can evolve!
