Rada Knives: https://radakitchenstore.com/?rfsn=69... Ingredients: 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup butter pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla Directions: Melt butter in a saucepan. Add brown sugar and salt. Stir together until well combined and sugar has melted. Stir in heavy cream. Bring to a boil and stir occasionally. Let mixture boil until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool slightly and pour into a container for storage. Keep refrigerated. Heat slightly when ready to use. This is delicious on the Sweet Potato Corn Muffins, ice cream, or a topping for brownies.
