Marcus Ramkissoon Qualified Cannabis Consultant and Government Policy Adviser Director – Caribbean Cannabis Institute Marcus Ramkissoon is a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago. He is one of the most educated cannabis advisers within the International industry currently holding over 60 accredited cannabis certifications, a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in ‘Regulatory Affairs in Cannabis Control’ from Clark University and his Master of Science Degree in ‘Cannabis Science and Commerce’ from the American International University. He is a registered Cannabis Consultant and through his Company, CannaGreen Consultancy, has worked for various legitimate dispensary, cultivation and R&D operations internationally. Marcus is also the Cannabis Policy Adviser to, and has been responsible for, the writing of the proposed primary and subsidiary medicinal cannabis legislation for, the Governments of Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis and Trinidad and Tobago. His proposed framework has now been adapted and used in the formation of medicinal cannabis regulatory framework around the Caribbean. Marcus is the Director of the registered Educational organization based in Trinidad, the Caribbean Cannabis Institute, serves as a Chief Technical Officer of a licensed cannabis manufacture and export facility based in Portugal and is a Solutions Architect for an International Cannabis Consulting Firm. Finally, he is the registered Owner of Ital Seeds Company Limited, a multi-national, multi award winning cannabis genetics company.
