Clippership Model Flying Fish. Hull coatings.

Deciding which bottom paint to use, starting with tradition antifouling red, for a first look, 2 coats over top of a white primer. I may use a more copper color matallic paint, as the real vessel was copper sheathed, below her water line. Laying on the black topside coatings port and stbd. Transom is laid up mahogany plank, which I think will be varnished. I m trying to find a transom Eagle for her stern. I used to have some here somewhere. Cheers and thanks for tuning in.
