What’s up guys, welcome back to the channel — Turbo John here. We’re out at Rockingham Dragway for a test day, and today was all about slicks, front-side racing, and data. If you saw the last video, you know we swapped off the no-prep setup and bolted on slicks to see what the car would really do. The track had a freshly repaved first 90 feet, which made things tricky, but that’s what testing is all about. 🚗 Cars We Focused On: • My orange car – chasing a new PB on slicks • The red car (Lil Randy’s X275 car) • The white car (formerly Fred Goins' car, now driven by Carl Simmons) We made multiple passes, fought wheelies, packed parachutes, adjusted ride height, and leaned on the data hard. Despite the surface and a little chaos in the staging lanes… 🏁 RESULT: NEW PERSONAL BEST ON SLICKS ➡️ GUESS HOW FAST Less dome pressure than last year and still more left in it. We also had a rushed final pass (classic race day chaos), missed a few GoPro angles, but still got solid data and learned a ton. Big thanks to everyone who helped thrash and make it happen.
