Pixelcade Marquee In Game Updaters using MAME Outputs

Available for Windows baed front ends only at this time for both Pixelcade LCD and Pixelcade LED based marquees, this update adds in game events for Q*Bert, Gorf, ChaseHQ, and Spy Hunter. To get this going on your Pixelcade (Microsoft Windows only), you'll need to download the latest Pixelcade software from https://pixelcade.org/download-pc/ and also complete the front end setup wizard at the end of the installation (this will add the necessary MAME output configurations). Also run the artwork updater to get the custom artwork for these MAME outputs. Big thanks for Arzoo for making this feature possible with LEDBlinky and Chuck from Mavericks Arcade for his assistance getting this working on ChaseHQ.
