The system is built on a Sungold Power 5000W all-in-one inverter, paired with a 48V Eco-Worthy server rack battery and mounted on a Harbor Freight hand truck. To make the most of the inverter’s 41-amp output, I install a prewired temporary power outlet panel that includes a 30A RV outlet and a 20A GFCI outlet. This upgrade makes the power station safer, more reliable, and better suited for powering both my RV and future small workshop. Along the way, I cover: ✅ Choosing the right breaker box / load center ✅ Mounting the panel securely to the hand truck ✅ Wiring with 6 AWG cable and flexible conduit ✅ Testing the RV outlet under load (including the roof A/C) ✅ Lessons learned and real-world performance This setup is perfect if you’re building a DIY solar generator, off-grid power system, or want a reliable RV backup power station. 👍 Like this video if it helped, subscribe for more DIY solar and power projects, and drop your questions in the comments—I’d love to hear your ideas!
