These honey soy chicken wings are crispy outside, juicy inside, and full of flavor. Marinated with honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ketchup, then baked together with roasted potatoes and vegetables. A simple oven recipe with amazing taste. Ingredients: 2.2 lb chicken wings 1 tbsp honey 1/3 cup soy sauce (80 ml) 2 tbsp ketchup 2 garlic cloves (minced) Salt and black pepper to taste 2.2 lb small potatoes 1 carrot 1 red onion 1 red bell pepper Mushrooms (optional) 1–2 tbsp olive oil Fresh herbs for serving Instructions: Cut onion, bell pepper, carrot, and mushrooms into small pieces. Place chicken wings in a bowl. Add honey, soy sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well and coat evenly. Marinate at least 1 hour, ideally 3 hours. Place potatoes on a baking tray. Add carrot, red onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well. Place marinated wings on top of the vegetables. Bake at 350°F (320°F fan) for 25–30 minutes. Cover with foil if the chicken gets too dark. Brush wings with a mix of soy sauce and ketchup. Bake another 10 minutes at 375°F.
